HiFi Corp commissioned Ctrlroom to provide an integrated solution in March 2013, which allows for proactive engagement across all nominated social platforms as well as unlimited interaction and monitoring of posts, comments and feedback.
The social platforms are managed in-line with HiFi Corp’s tone, style and keeping in-line with their corporate identity. The nature of the outsourced environment ensures that customers are never left unanswered and keeping response times to a minimum.
During the first 5 months of our management, HiFi Corp has watched their fans on Facebook grow from on average by 17.2% per month to date and their Twitter followers grow on average by 18.2% per month to date. Ctrlroom produce a set of monthly and adhoc reports to HiFi Corp, which informs them of their social performance. Since our involvement and in working closely with the HiFi Corp Digital Management team, we have seen a growth in their online sales.
Apart from HiFi Corp using Ctrlroom’s standard products, HiFi Corp utilises Ctrlroom’s in-house visual design skills to produce top class posts for social media engagement (please see our portfolio) and we have assisted in providing programming code for their online store which enables shopper analytics i.e. tracking shopping cart abandonment.
